HostingBuz Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview

"We," "Us," "Our" = HostingBuz
"You," "Your," "Client" = The person or business using HostingBuz services

By using our services, you agree to follow these terms.

2. Service Delivery

• After you pay, we send a receipt and account details to your email.
• Services are delivered online.
• We provide 24/7 support and aim to reply within 1 hour.

3. Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 30 days if you're not happy with our service.

No refunds for:

• Domain names (.COM, .NET, .ORG, etc.)
• SSL Certificates
• Domain transfer fees
• VPS or Dedicated Servers
• Third-party products/services

No refunds if your account is closed for breaking our rules. This does not affect your legal rights.

Account credit and setup fees are non-refundable.

4. Service Uptime (SLA)

If uptime drops below 99.9% in a month, you can request 1 free month of service (within 7 days).

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We can suspend or close your account if you:

• Break the law or our rules
• Host adult content or spam
• Use the service for harmful or illegal activity
• Give false contact details

6. Resource Usage

• Don't use over 10% of server resources for more than 60 seconds.
• Don't run heavy apps like chat bots, file sharing, or gaming servers.

7. Backups

We take daily backups, but you're responsible for your own data.

Restoring backups may cost a small fee.

8. Disputes

Legal disputes will follow the laws of Bangladesh and international law.

9. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel through your client area.
• "Immediate cancellation" ends the service within 24 hours.
• Cancel PayPal subscriptions manually.
• No refunds after a billing cycle starts.

10. Resellers

• You can sell our services to others.
• Hosting free accounts is not allowed.

11. Transfer Policy

• cPanel to cPanel transfers are free.
• Manual/special transfers may have a fee.

12. Discount Vouchers

• Only one voucher per order.
• Vouchers can't be turned into cash or saved for later.

13. Payments and Late Fees

• Late invoices may lead to suspension or termination.
• Late fees apply after 7 days.
• After 30 days, a reactivation fee may apply.

14. Extra Usage Charges

If you use more disk space or bandwidth than allowed, you may be charged extra.

15. Changes to This Agreement

We can change these terms at any time. By continuing to use our service, you agree to the new terms.
